Difference between Traditional education and Modern education

There is no need to prove that education is a mandatory part of a student's life. It leads to removing barriers & discrimination on basis of gender, race, and fiscal status. Education is the support for nation's progress. It provides a smooth base and stage for every citizen to be literate & build a bright future. The knowledgeable citizen of any nation is said to be the bright future of that nation.

Teaching Methodology

Earlier we only had classroom teaching where scholars sit in a class and a subject teacher takes up the class. We used to have fewer tools for practical learning. But there was a sort of exquisite connection between teacher and scholar. Teachers used to describe the whole thing as a story to actually make us imagine what they are saying.

Currently, we have e-classrooms with internet & projectors. Teachers get their course outline and subject on tablets as eBooks. Also for every lesson, they will have presentations which they plan in classrooms, like we witness in some of the best school in Noida Extension.

Most of the instructors don’t have applicable degrees or experience. Because of joblessness, few youngsters are selecting the teaching field. Also, teachers have become lethargic because of the internet, as they don’t need to use their minds.

Education Tools

Earlier we only had textbooks & notebooks. Nothing else was there even for the suggestion. Our knowledge was restricted to whatever information was provided in those textbooks, nothing else.

But nowadays we have the internet, smartphones, tablets etc. You can Google whatever you need and get as several references as you can. Also, there are apps for learning with videos that have visual graphics. Ultimately the learning scope got better.

Other Activities

Earlier schools have their personal playgrounds that encouraged students to play sports. In school, we had a drill period where we play various games and participate in city & state-level competitions. Also, we had a crafting period, where we used to place saplings, water plants and clean our surroundings. 

In the existing education system, everything is commercialized. For extracurricular activities like sports, you have to pay an added amount other than a fee. Also for all occasions, you have to pay some amount for dress or cloth. There are many School in Greater Noida who consider all these things and also make sure that students getting proper education under the guidance of skilled teachers.
